The Global People Operations Specialist will support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, manage administrative tasks, and serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries. This role involves streamlining and improving People-related systems, managing HR systems for data accuracy and reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities also include leading leave administration, acting as the main point of contact for benefits inquiries and administration, and partnering with other teams to drive operational excellence.
