Minimum eight (8) years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Responsibilities

Continuously improve test performance and equipment
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support equipment installation and changes
Provide technical guidance
Implement and validate testing equipment
Identify best practices globally
Act as a "go to" technical specialist, leader, and mentor within Manufacturing discipline or cross-discipline
Serve as technical and/or project team lead, providing guidance/training, controlling scope/schedule/budget, ensuring technical success on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes
Lead continuous improvement activities associated with engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes
Provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions, business continuity, and new proposal creation
