  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science (Bachelor's in Engineering or higher preferred)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve test performance and equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Support equipment installation and changes
  • Provide technical guidance
  • Implement and validate testing equipment
  • Identify best practices globally
  • Act as a "go to" technical specialist, leader, and mentor within Manufacturing discipline or cross-discipline
  • Serve as technical and/or project team lead, providing guidance/training, controlling scope/schedule/budget, ensuring technical success on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes
  • Lead continuous improvement activities associated with engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes
  • Provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions, business continuity, and new proposal creation
