Requirements

MSc in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Life Science field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and/or Quality within the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent in English (a Nordic language is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Guidelines and Regulations
Experience working with PVAs and in an international environment
Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
Can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Have a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Coordinating Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) and maintaining oversight through the PVA Overview tracker
Acting as process owner for assigned quality and compliance processes within Karo Healthcare
Tracking compliance for Competent Authority submissions to non-EU countries
Maintaining and improving GPS ICSR Distribution Rules and Country Coding Guidelines
Reviewing and approving deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to GVP activities
Managing and archiving quality and compliance documentation in accordance with Karo PV Quality System
Ensuring external PV partners receive and document applicable SOPs and instructions
Supporting the EU & UK QPPVs in maintaining oversight of the PV system
Collaborating cross-functionally to improve existing processes and establish new routines
