Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of relevant financial operations experience, preferably in Trade / Custody Operations
Progression toward advanced degrees and/or professional certifications is a plus
Strong understanding of the Trade Operations environment and market settlement practices strongly preferred
Proven track record of being organized, professional, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously within a tight timeframe
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that implement process solutions
Exposure to or basic understanding of Fund Accounting or Pricing preferred
Solid understanding with Invest One, trade support models and ability to understand different trade flows
Solid understanding of Excel, Word, and Power Point
SQL or VBA knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Supervising trade instruction and delivery to custodian banks
Facilitating the accurate and timely delivery of critical business information to all interested parties
Providing trade Support and processing for multiple different asset types (Equity, Fixed Income and many derivative products, including Swaps, Options, Futures)
Bringing failed trades to a resolution by communicating with External Managers and Custodian Banks
Collaborating within the team environment to optimally handle daily work volumes and quality standards
Identifying and resolving problems related to transactions or investment data in an appropriate fashion following established guidelines
