A strong problem-solving mindset is necessary, along with exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders at an executive level. Knowledge of the payments domain or financial services is advantageous.
As the Global Head of Solutions Engineering, you will lead teams across multiple regions, working with customers during pre-sales, solution design, and implementation phases. You will deliver product demonstrations, propose solutions aligned with customer goals, and oversee RFP responses. Your role will involve ensuring successful project delivery, including API integration and user experience design, while enabling your team to meet customer needs and launch products effectively.
