10+ years of senior communications or PR experience, ideally in the financial industry or at an international agency
Strong knowledge of the financial sector (Digital Assets space is a plus) and its stakeholders
Excellent English skills (Dutch is a plus)
A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at board level
Leadership experience managing agencies and teams
A strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a global communications strategy that aligns with Flow Traders’ business vision and growth objectives
Lead corporate storytelling, media relations, and brand positioning initiatives
Develop and manage strategies for corporate reputation, industry profile and business continuity communications
Partner with the CEO and the other Executive Directors, Investor Relations, HR, and Public Affairs to ensure clear and consistent internal and external messaging
Oversee external communications for key events (e.g. annual report, AGM, press releases)
Represent Flow Traders in relevant industry associations and strengthen relationships with international media
Provide guidelines and frameworks for internal communications to ensure consistency across regions, while keeping the primary focus on external visibility
Build out and manage the global Communications team
