Requirements

Ability to consolidate comprehensive financial planning and analysis activities across international commercial operations, ensuring alignment with global finance standards and corporate strategy
Experience with budgeting and forecasting cycles, including accurate planning of Working Capital, CapEx, and key statistical information (e.g., sales volumes, FTEs, operational drivers)
Proficiency in preparing and overseeing consolidated monthly financial reporting and closing activities for CapEx and statisticals, including variance analysis and management commentary
Capability to deliver high-quality analytical insights under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Skills in customizing, maintaining, and continuously improving ERP and reporting tools to ensure data integrity, KPI consistency, and process efficiency
Knowledge of commercial analytics, capital efficiency, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management processes, including best-practice implementation
Experience in monitoring key Accounts Receivable KPIs and contributing to global process refinements
Ability to prepare and execute Quarterly Global Customer Credit Review Meetings, engaging with senior global management
Strong collaboration skills with local, regional, and cross-functional finance teams to promote standardization, transparency, and continuous improvement
Critical and solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges

Responsibilities

Consolidate financial planning and analysis activities across the CE International Commercial Operations organization, aligning with global finance standards and corporate strategy
Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, with global responsibility for planning Working Capital, CapEx, and key statistical information
Prepare and oversee consolidated monthly financial reporting and closing for CapEx and statisticals, including variance analysis and management commentary
Deliver analytical insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business performance and efficiency
Ensure effective customization, maintenance, and improvement of ERP and reporting tools to safeguard data accuracy, KPI consistency, and process efficiency
Support and coordinate strategic initiatives to strengthen commercial analytics and drive capital efficiency
Contribute to refining Accounts Receivable and Credit Management processes, including monthly monitoring of key KPIs and implementing best practices globally
Contribute to the preparation and execution of Quarterly Global Customer Credit Review Meetings, engaging with senior global management
Collaborate with local, regional finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes, enhance transparency, and drive continuous improvement
