Requirements

Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent related experience
1-year of experience in a big organisation
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Dual-/multi-lingual: English fluent required, Chinese fluent required, French or Spanish appreciated
Very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Oracle experience is a plus
Self-reliant and a self-starter with the ability to deal with challenging situations
Customs process knowledge and trade compliance process understanding are of advantage
Proven analytical skills
Developed communication and diplomatic skills, verbally and in written form
Strong capability in understanding of written and spoken processes, instructions, reports, and regulations
Well-organized, highly-analytical with strong attention to detail, able to multitask while keeping in line with trade import/export regulations, ABAC regulations, AML due diligence and deadlines

Responsibilities

Screen third parties onboarded by ARROW using Arrow’s compliance tools and publicly available information
Document and analyze information provided by third parties and screening results, and determine compliance risks identified for third parties (including sanction risks, proliferation risks, money laundering risks, bribery and corruption risks, boycott risks)
Take independent decisions about third party onboarding according to Arrow policy
Recommend measures to mitigate potential compliance risks related to third parties onboarded by Arrow
Ensure compliance with applicable EU and U.S. export and import control laws, including EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions, and regional and local regulations concerning the movement of goods and services across borders
Act as a liaison among several internal groups across Arrow businesses
Support 3rd party Control for Arrow Global Businesses
