Requirements
Candidates must hold an ACVIM, ECVIM, or RCVS Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine, possessing 5+ years of experience as a Specialist-level internal medicine veterinarian. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including analytic and problem-solving skills. A commitment to service and strong relationship-building skills are also necessary, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
The Global Clinical Consultation Service - Internal Medicine Consultant will provide internal medicine advice virtually to Zoetis Diagnostics customers via phone, email, and video call, working alongside other board specialists to advise customers globally. This role involves liaising with customer and technical support teams, assisting in optimizing a diagnostic platform, fostering relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders, facilitating continuing education, and identifying ways to improve service and resolve problems.
