They should have a strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and guidelines, including GCP, and demonstrated experience in interpreting and analyzing clinical data.
The Medical Director/Clinical Trial Physician will provide medical leadership to study teams, contributing to protocol development and ensuring clinical trial data quality. They will monitor clinical studies in real-time, ensuring medical validity and subject safety, proactively escalating and correcting issues. This role involves interpreting clinical trial data for regulatory documents, serving as a medical point of contact for stakeholders, and conducting medical training for site staff. Additionally, the Medical Director will ensure study compliance with SOPs and GCP, collaborating with investigators and Health Authorities.
