Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and push/pull up to 100 lbs with equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual material handling (twisting, bending, reaching, lifting) for prolonged periods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Capability to work extra hours or autonomously as needed
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and use of PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Tolerance for environmental conditions: loud noises, standing for full shift, working with hazardous/toxic materials

Responsibilities

  • Perform labware operations, including pick up/delivery of glassware to labs, precision glassware cleaning, quality control, and sterilization through autoclaving
  • Handle dry ice delivery management, ensuring consistent supply to labs and safe storage
  • Manage garment operations
  • Manage gas operations
  • Follow well-defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOPs & Work Instructions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for lab personnel, ensuring compliance and efficiency in support activities
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management
