Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies

NV2 security clearance (mandatory; Australian Citizens with active NV1 or NV2 clearance)

Responsibilities

Manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor the execution to ensure timely and quality outcomes
Oversee project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress
Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes
Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery
Track and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements
