Requirements

  • Bachiller in agronomy, law, anthropology, or related fields
  • Course of specialization or diploma in socio-environmental conflict management
  • High level of Spanish
  • Knowledge of Quechua (valued)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property or social management of linear projects (gas pipeline, electricity, roads)
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Earth
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license (desirable)
  • Availability to reside in Cusco

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and accompaniment to the team responsible for property and social management in assigned projects
  • Monitor compliance with agreements and commitments established with different interest groups
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of social management strategies and plans
  • Attend meetings with communities, local authorities, owners' boards, or other actors involved in the projects
  • Manage the logistical requirements necessary for the implementation of social or property activities
  • Maintain constant communication with technical, legal, and environmental teams to ensure coherence in territorial management
  • Perform other functions assigned by the direct supervisor related to the nature of the position
