Titulación en ingeniería, edificación, arquitectura técnica, Facility Manager o similar
Experiencia previa de al menos 2-3 años en gestión de servicios (site manager, Facility Service, Facility manager o similar)
Conocimiento técnico en instalaciones, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, gestión de GMAO, BMS, etc
Manejo avanzado de Excel
Capacidad de gestión con cliente, gestores y técnicos
Experiencia en colaboración con departamentos transversales como RRHH, Compras, PRL, etc

Responsibilities

Planificación y supervisión de mantenimiento preventivo de instalaciones y equipos, y orientación en gestión de equipos de limpieza
Coordinación y colaboración con gestores de operaciones, técnicos y proveedores para cumplimiento de nivel de servicio/contratos
Uso de herramientas de GMAO para seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo y asegurar la calidad del dato
Seguimiento de indicadores clave de contrato
Análisis de registros y datos generados por aplicaciones para mejora continua de servicios y maximización de recursos
Seguimiento y control económico de los contratos
Mejora de calidad del servicio y percepción final del cliente
Mejora del margen operacional del contrato
Realización de informes, presupuestos y facturación
Digitalización de procesos para mejora de eficiencias
Gestión de contratos, elaboración de presupuestos, planificación de fases de servicio, supervisión de subcontratistas, personal subordinado y trabajadores, verificación de calidad del trabajo
