Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global and regional PR strategies for Plaud Consumer, Business, and Developer sectors
  • Identify key narratives to position Plaud as a pioneer in AI-driven productivity
  • Coordinate launches, thought leadership campaigns, and brand moments across major markets
  • Build and manage relationships with tier-1 tech, business, and vertical media
  • Secure consistent, high-quality coverage across earned media channels
  • Act as day-to-day contact for press inquiries, briefings, and interviews
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, op-eds, and bylines
  • Ensure message consistency across external channels
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and marketing teams to develop PR-ready narratives
  • Support media strategies for product launches, global conferences, and press events
  • Prepare spokespeople with media training and talking points
  • Manage sentiment
  • Track PR performance and coverage using relevant tools
  • Analyze campaign impact and iterate based on insights
  • Maintain and grow a database of press contacts, coverage reports, and benchmarks
