Requirements

  • Ability to manage Select client portfolios, including variations, maturities, and attraction campaigns for higher deposit volumes (e.g., term attraction campaigns, collectives, portability)
  • Capacity to plan weekly activities according to commercial systematic, prioritizing current commercial focuses, and maintaining contact rhythms with clients and prospects to meet objectives
  • Skills in executing daily effective calls and visits to prospects and current clients, achieving 80% portfolio knowledge within 1 year via campaigns, investment variations, term maturities, and other levers
  • Experience providing differentiated in-branch attention to Select clients for product/service requests, complaints, and clarifications, handling both TOP Select and Rest Select clients
  • Proficiency in correctly completing product/service contracts (e.g., account openings, UPLD formats) and attaching client documentation before formalization and delivery to Branch Subdirector
  • Sales expertise to link and secure client portfolios using specialized products/services based on client needs, employing appropriate sales techniques with service excellence
  • Ability to perform preventive follow-up on clients at risk of non-payment and manage collection portfolio (with specialization levels: SR for high concentration, Specialist for medium, JR for low)
  • Compliance with institutional operational regulations (e.g., account openings, client knowledge, relevant operation detection, Opics operations, "Investment Commercialization Model")

Responsibilities

  • Rentabilizar, grow, and secure client portfolios by linking clients through proper management of high-value products: credits, investments, insurance, and commercial levers
  • Manage assigned Select client deposit portfolios (variations and maturities) focusing on attracting higher deposit volumes via campaigns
  • Plan weekly activities for daily management per commercial systematic, prioritizing current focuses, contacting clients/prospects per institutional rhythms to achieve objectives
  • Execute daily effective calls and visits to prospects/current clients, ensuring 80% portfolio knowledge in 1 year through campaigns and levers
  • Provide differentiated in-branch attention to Select clients for products/services, complaints, and clarifications
  • Correctly fill product/service contracts and attach client documentation before formalizing and delivering to Branch Subdirector
  • Link and secure assigned client portfolio via sales of specialized products/services per client needs, ensuring service excellence
  • Conduct preventive follow-up on at-risk clients and manage collection portfolio per specialization level
  • Comply with operational norms in account openings, client knowledge, relevant operations, etc., especially in Opics per the "Investment Commercialization Model"
