Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement competitive and profitable financial plans aligned with the bank's client, segment and channel strategy to ensure profitability and competitiveness of the Auto Credit business P&L
  • Monitor, analyze and track monthly business estimates and results
  • Calculate profitability of financial plans for various initiatives and develop strategies to increase profitability and maintain market competitiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate results of implemented actions, analyzing business impact and adjusting strategies in team as needed
  • Define precisely the appropriate product and financial conditions that ensure expected corporate profitability, accepted by the commercial team and end consumer
  • Work closely with other internal areas to align strategies and ensure effective execution
  • Design and implement credit policies according to product needs and compliance with internal or regulatory norms
