Requirements

  • University degree, such as Commercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Veterinary Doctor, with postgraduate studies-master's in Business Administration and financial training
  • Knowledge and experience in the salmon, aquaculture-food, and veterinary industry, with at least ten years of experience in the industry

Responsibilities

  • Design the strategy for the FAV-AQG subsidiaries and establish objectives for growth and sustainability

  • Plan and develop improvement strategies for the organization, as well as general and specific company objectives in the short, medium, and long term, aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring and verifying follow-up and compliance with commitments, ensuring operations according to company quality standards
  • Meet sales, cost, growth, and margin budgets of the company
