Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Actuaría, Matemáticas, Economía, Estadística, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o afín
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en administración, seguimiento y gestión de proyectos con metodología Agile, así como en aplicación de Python para desarrollo de proyectos
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos y/o gestión de liquidez
  • Inglés avanzado (obligatorio)
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL y Python
  • Habilidades interpersonales: pensamiento analítico y numérico, servicio al cliente, atención al detalle, organización, sentido de urgencia, enfoque a resultados, comunicación asertiva, solución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, proactividad
  • Noción e interés en tecnologías de IA (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Seguimiento de indicadores clave de las distintas áreas de Finanzas para asegurar su alineación con los objetivos planteados dentro de la DGA
  • Gestión de procesos punta-a-punta de reportes para CFO y su integración al dominio de datos de finanzas
  • Seguimiento de la integración de datos de la CFO dentro del dominio de datos de finanzas
  • Implementación de procesos ETL para la explotación de datos en el área de finanzas y su transformación con SQL o Python
  • Trabajar con diferentes equipos para crear reportes corporativos y regulatorios mediante herramientas de explotación
  • Coordinar con áreas de IT la definición de proyectos informacionales requeridos para el análisis de capital, rentabilidad y liquidez
  • Diseño de soluciones basadas en datos para reducir manualidades en los procesos de la DGA y así reducir riesgos operacionales y tiempo de entrega
  • Análisis e interpretación de los datos de manera funcional y técnica
  • Apoyo y asesoría a los equipos de la DGA en la transición a nuevas tecnologías y su adaptación a estas
