Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Minnesota
  • Licensed Pharmacist in multiple states or willing to become licensed in multiple states (paid for by CVS)

Responsibilities

  • Act as site leader on the pharmacy floor, interacting with and managing all staff, coaching and providing feedback to direct reports, and ensuring all staff receive proper training and communication
  • Review schedules to ensure staff coverage for all business needs/hours, provide after-hour coverage through on-call support as needed, and offer production support as needed
  • Drive accountability with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Coram Policies & Procedures (P&P), and standards of accrediting body throughout the entire site
  • Manage the implementation of new clinical programs and/or marketing activities to physicians, nursing agencies, and referral sources
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of the pharmacy under the direction of leadership and in accordance with Board of Pharmacy regulations to ensure meeting all KPIs
  • Collaborate with all key business partners (Sales, COE, Billing, etc.) to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Develop and recommend changes in pharmacy processes to ensure efficient workflow for effective medication and supply delivery
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
