Candidates must have significant experience in SaaS or technology companies, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role demonstrating successful P&L management and revenue growth. A background in scaling SaaS businesses across multiple markets or product lines, particularly in the APAC region, is essential. Expert-level understanding of SaaS metrics, industry trends, and best practices is required, along with experience working with teams that use agile methodologies and DevOps practices. A proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies in global markets is necessary. The role is remote but requires the individual to be in the APAC region, preferably Australia or New Zealand, with eligible work rights.
The General Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the flagship gym management SaaS platform, including sales, marketing, revenue growth, onboarding, and customer success. They will own the P&L, define the go-to-market roadmap, and scale the product's presence across key markets, particularly in Australia and APAC. Responsibilities include full commercial ownership from strategy to execution, shaping and driving global go-to-market strategy, influencing product positioning and pricing, and leading customer advocacy by owning the end-to-end journey. The role involves delivering key business metrics such as revenue growth, NPS, CAC/LTV, and margin contribution. The General Manager will align and energize cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, partner with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap, and collaborate with Customer Support and Service to ensure customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets. They will also be a key driver of Xplor's overall strategy in the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical.
