  • Bachelor degree or above level
  • Experience in business management or sales/marketing in progressive leadership positions with the healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers
  • Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and go-to-market strategy
  • Strong business acumen, financial and organization skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with sales coaching and team building skills

Responsibilities

  • Establishing the vision and strategic plan for the business and be fully accountable for operations end to end
  • Drive establishment of business governance model and highly effective operating mechanisms
  • Determination of program priorities through a holistic product strategy and roadmap
  • Managing and delivering key business financial performance indicators such as top line revenue, margin, and base cost targets
  • Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the "voice of the customers” is reflected in product programs and business processes
  • Collaborating and leading with the local GEHC businesses, commercial/functional teams to identify market opportunities, prioritization and go-to market strategy for the product portfolio
  • Cultivating and leveraging key relationships with opinion leaders and other external partners and organizations to ensure alignment with market trends in product areas
  • Overseeing a multifunctional matrix organization, which includes product management, marketing, sales, commercial operations, supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and R&D teams
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial change process, whilst driving simplification
  • Attracting and retaining key talent and creating an environment that fosters employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction
