Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Unified Communication Consultant with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in Cisco Voice/Video/Collaboration servers and Microsoft Teams/Microsoft Unified Communication Platform
  • Experience with Cisco technologies including WebEx Contact Center, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite/Conductor/Server, Cisco Expressway-Edge/Core, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express/Workspace Optimization, Cisco Finesse, Calabrio Call Recording, Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment/License Manager
  • Experience migrating, deploying, and maintaining key M365 technologies including Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with hardware: Cisco Telepresence Devices (DX, EX, MX, SX series), Cisco IP Phones (68x, 69x, 74x, 76x, 79x, 88x, 89x, 99x), Cisco UCS Servers/Chassis/Blades, Cisco Analog Gateways (VG350, VG224, VG204, ATAx), Cisco Telepresence MSE 8050, Cisco UC Firewalls
  • Knowledge of industry best practice LAN design and deployment methodology and a structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Ability to deliver concise, accurate technical documentation and diagrams
  • Exposure to and understanding of network automation techniques and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Analog Voice Gateways, PSTN Voice Gateways (Dial Peers, translation rules, translation patterns etc.)
  • Disaster Recovery of all Cisco Voice/Video/Collaboration solutions
  • Upgrading and patching Cisco Unified Communications Technologies (WebEx, Contact Center, CUCM/CUCN/CUPS/SME/CCX/VTS/COND/PCD/TMS)
  • Monitoring TMS Conference Control center, endpoint MACD’s, multi-party video and ad-hoc conference troubleshooting, WebEx integration
  • Call control, call routing, call traces
  • Providing guidance with Governance and Security of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and related technologies
  • Ensuring network infrastructure is configured correctly and capable of providing best possible end user experience for voice and video communications
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are kept updated and informed of challenges and mitigation strategies
  • Creating and presenting reports defining the progress, problems, and solutions
