Responsibilities

Play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Financial Management product across a varied portfolio of customers
Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, supporting the implementation of single or multiple Finance functional streams
Supplement initial product learnings through active project engagements, working under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant
Work closely with other Consulting Teams (e.g., Data and Integration Consultants) to ensure seamless collaboration
Gather and understand customer’s business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
Support customers during multiple rounds of testing, responding to and resolving test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant
Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
