Requirements

4+ years of fullstack engineering experience
Strong experience with React JS and TypeScript
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Experience writing automated tests (unit tests, integration tests)
Strong Python experience
Experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise-scale applications in production
Familiar with building user-facing UIs
Excellent communication skills across teams
Strong foundation in designing and building web applications
Independent worker and self-starter
Product minded – willing to participate in product and engineering discussions

Responsibilities

Build high-performing customer facing and internal products
Design and build delightful and innovative products that will be used by a wide variety of users
Write quality, performant, well-tested code in Python (Django), React, and Typescript
Drive technical projects from conception to launch, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Work directly with the Head of R&D to set the standard of high quality products
Work closely with customers and non-technical counterparts to deeply understand user needs and craft effective solutions
Contribute ideas across multiple R&D teams
Drive full product lifecycles—from ideation to system design and execution
