Responsibilities

  • Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality for on-time delivery
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing similar products, exact quantities, and correct product codes
  • Ensure picked products are of highest quality (no damage, freshest selection)
  • Correctly document and label orders using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
  • Optimize tote fill efficiently while maintaining product quality standards
  • Balance fulfillment with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards
