Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be eligible to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Prior experience working with children, particularly those with autism, is preferred, as well as a genuine passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families.
The Full Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) will work one-on-one with children to implement goals established by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating engaging learning environments. They will also be responsible for providing feedback, collecting data related to the program, and assisting with the overall clinical program under the supervision of BCBAs and Licensed Psychologists. Furthermore, the role includes participating in training programs, potentially pursuing BCBA certification, and engaging in project and leadership opportunities.
