Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in modern web development with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. A strong background with microservices, cloud architecture, and serverless development (preferably AWS) is required, along with solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and API design (REST/GraphQL). Experience in automated testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery environments is also necessary, as is proficiency in English communication. Nice to have skills include experience with Redux, messaging systems (Kafka, Kinesis), or Docker, and an AWS certification or equivalent hands-on expertise. A background in product-focused teams or SaaS platforms is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Full Stack Technical Lead will lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack and build cloud-native apps with AWS Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, ECS, and GraphQL. They will be responsible for improving system scalability, performance, and architecture, and for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with CI/CD and test automation. This role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and guiding junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
