We provide a powerful platform that centralizes critical property data, delivering actionable insights and intuitive tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Our product empowers users to streamline processes across leasing, maintenance, resident communication, and financial reporting.

Our tech stack includes a modern React/Tailwind frontend for a seamless user experience, supported by a robust Ruby on Rails backend. We cultivate an inclusive environment built on mutual trust, continuous learning, and a commitment to simplicity, enabling every engineer to contribute and grow.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our cutting-edge AI web applications.
• Lead the development and deployment of features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Collaborate with product leadership on feature prioritization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering React + Tailwind front-end applications.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails web development.
• Experience building responsive applications across various browsers and devices.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX, and JSON.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Bonus Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with relational databases, such as MySQL.
• Experience with React.js, Redux, and similar JavaScript tools.
• A good eye for modern front-end development trends.
• Experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing front-end experiences.
• A desire to build simple, user-focused, and intuitive UX.
