Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 2+ years building production-grade applications with React, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Experience with backend systems: Working knowledge of .NET/C# and PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
  • Strong full-stack fundamentals: Modern JavaScript, front-end architecture, state management, API design, database modeling
  • Self-directed and autonomous: Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills: Can translate between technical and business stakeholders, present to executives, and gather requirements diplomatically
  • Bias toward action: Ship MVPs quickly while maintaining code quality; pragmatic about trade-offs between speed and perfection

Responsibilities

  • Own special projects from C-suite: Build executive-facing dashboards, analytics interfaces, proof-of-concepts, and internal tools that support strategic business decisions (2-3 week turnarounds)
  • Lead full-stack development: Architect and develop features across our React/Redux/TypeScript front-end and .NET/C# backend
  • Modernize legacy systems: Refactor aging front-end code to improve performance, maintainability, and user experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver impactful features
  • Own the full lifecycle: Take projects from initial requirements through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Balance dual priorities: Context-switch effectively between rapid special projects and disciplined platform development
