Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) with 6+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Mart concepts & implementations
2+ years of experience in Data Warehousing concepts & implementations (Snowflake preferred)
2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming languages like Python/Java
2+ years of experience in Python programming
Experience in Container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with containerization (Docker preferred)
Experience in job scheduling tools (Control-M preferred)
Experience with orchestration tools (Control-M preferred, Apache Airflow nice to have)
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, OpenTofu, Kubernetes nice to have)

Responsibilities

Develop and test quality solutions in data lakes using Snowflake, AWS, and Python
Collaborate on the Territory Management Conversion & Client Infrastructure initiative to deliver strategic client and territory data experience
Execute end-to-end design and integration of client hierarchies, territory logic, and segmentation rules
Partner with CRM Sales to provide a flexible and scalable workflow for long-term efficiencies
Deliver timely, data-driven coverage planning while reducing manual intervention and improving alignment across platforms
Collaborate across squads, including Data Swarm (Bsharks & Tech Mavericks) and CRM Salesforce Delivery squads
Provide essential data for CRM users' day-to-day operations and support clients
Deliver CRM team data to operational and reporting platforms
Partner closely with the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Market Readiness Team using agile practices
