Candidates should possess strong technical skills and solid conceptual foundations, with experience utilizing Typescript, Node.js, gRPC, Kafka, Mongo DB, React, GraphQL, and CSS. They should be familiar with Distributed Software, Cloud solutions, Microservices & Serverless Architectures, and committed to building highly reliable and scalable systems. Experience in discussing, spiking, and benchmarking Engineering solutions is also required, along with fluency in English. Familiarity with Reactive and Domain Driven Architectures is preferred.
As a Fullstack Developer, the individual will daily analyze and design reliable & scalable Engineering solutions, collaborate with the team to bring solid software to production, provide technical context and find key points to boost the best decisions, bring fresh views on Frontend, Backend and Software strategies, communicate and document solutions, design scalable & maintainable solutions to absorb significant usage growth, enforce best practices, advocate for clean code, and participate in Engineering review processes. They will also be a critical referent for the architecture under work, able to defend and discuss proposals with managers and teammates.
