This Full Stack Developer position offers the flexibility of remote work within the U.S. You will work with a modern tech stack on a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform that serves users in over 49 countries. The core platform operates within a large-scale environment, processing billions of tasks daily.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong leadership skills and a passion for software engineering to help shape the team's direction. Excellent communication skills, versatility, and a continuous learning mindset are highly valued.


What You’ll Work On

  • Learn and improve our existing React and Go-based healthcare platforms.
  • Implement services, features, and components utilizing React, Node, and Go.
  • Develop high-volume, low-latency services for a global healthcare platform.
  • Collaborate directly with InfoSec teams to design and implement secure solutions.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external team members to shape and define API contracts.
  • Provide new ideas and insights in collaboration with the data services team.
  • Ensure performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
  • Build internal tooling and APIs to streamline business and engineering processes.
  • Implement systemic changes to align existing systems with current architectural goals.
  • Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models illustrating the internal design and workflow of solution components.
  • Engage as an active member of an Agile team focused on feature realization through development, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related engineering discipline) and/or equivalent training & work experience.
  • 1-2+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment, including internships.
  • Full stack software development experience in any of the following: Go, React, Node, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and JSX.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals and experience with software development.
  • Highly motivated to learn new software development languages to meet goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of working well with others.
