Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience; model, train, and coach team to deliver service standards
  • Lead team to drive fulfillment goals and support sales growth and store profitability
  • Utilize workload planning tools to ensure completion of scheduled workload and order fulfillment to meet delivery/service standards
  • Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop resolution plans
  • Create daily plans for the team with direction from leader
  • Serve as expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency
  • Enable efficient guest delivery by leading pickup and ship-from-store workload
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions; develop guest-centric team and support onboarding
  • Establish goals for quality, accuracy, and timeliness; hold team accountable and address training gaps via coaching
  • Ensure supplies are ordered timely and stocked; partner with leader for ordering
  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices, being authentic/respectful, and creating equitable experiences
  • Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team accordingly
