Responsibilities
The FSP Resource Associate will forecast and track resource allocation needs for assigned projects, coordinate resource intake and assignments, maintain resourcing data sources, and distribute resourcing reports. They will also identify staff for assignments based on client requirements, update roll-off dates, and liaise with internal departments to prioritize resourcing needs, utilizing dashboards and other available tools to reconcile departmental reports for senior management.
