Proven experience building production-level sites in Next.js / React
Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms (Basehub experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation and SEO fundamentals
Experience implementing design systems and reusable component libraries
Strong design eye & portfolio demonstrating both graphical and technical skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Rebuild and extend our marketing site in React (Next.js), ensuring scalability and maintainability
Integrate with Basehub so our non-technical teams can easily edit site structure and content
Implement new pages, components, and templates
Optimise site performance (Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals) and ensure accessibility standards are met
Implement SEO best practices, analytics tracking, and A/B testing frameworks
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Provide clear documentation for internal teams to update content and maintain workflows
