Candidates should have at least 3 years of frontend development experience at a product-driven company, with proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Redux Saga. A strong understanding of REST APIs, Core Web Vitals, responsive design, and software design principles is required, along with experience in fast-paced agile teams and effective English communication (C1). Experience with experimentation platforms, Material UI, Next.js, SSR, and bundler configuration is considered a plus.
Frontend Engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-impact features for user funnels, focusing on activation and conversion. They will build clean, tested, and maintainable code using React 18+, TypeScript 5+, Styled Components, React Query, and Vite, while ensuring performance, scalability, and excellent UX. Responsibilities also include participating in code reviews, documentation, monitoring, A/B tests, and analyzing outcomes to guide product and code decisions.
