Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Frontend Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS is required, along with deep experience in ReactJS and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Query. Knowledge of real-time communication tools like WebSockets and message brokers such as RabbitMQ is necessary. Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI) and custom theming, proven ability to convert Figma designs to JSX with high fidelity, and a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility are essential. Experience with Git, unit testing, test-driven development principles, and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is also required. Familiarity with browser testing and debugging, along with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, are important.
The Frontend Developer will be responsible for implementing intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies. This includes converting visual designs into responsive, pixel-perfect JSX components and building/maintaining scalable front-end applications using React, MUI, Redux, and React Query. The role involves writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, and maintaining a clean codebase with Git and code reviews. Responsibilities also include optimizing application performance, handling browser-specific behavior, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, proposing improvements, using project management software for tracking and reporting, and contributing to company growth through recruitment efforts.
