Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience as a Solution Designer in Front Office and Risk consultancy within the capital markets industry. Expertise is required in at least one asset class such as FX, FI/MM, IRD, FXD, CRD, or EQD. Proficiency is necessary in product valuation and risk methodologies including Market, Counterparty Credit, and Liquidity. The role demands the ability to simplify complex ideas, proficiency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), and a strategic approach with the ability to anticipate future trends. Customer focus, effective communication of requirements and functionalities, and strong teamwork skills are essential. Analytical thinking, results-driven behavior, effective communication, team orientation, transparency, and accountability are desired personal attributes. Availability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.

Responsibilities

The Front Office/Risk Consultant will work directly with customers to capture, scope, and document capital markets requirements, mapping them to the Calypso Standard Reference Model (CSRM) functions and processes. They will design, configure, and test the system to meet business requirements, accelerating time to market. Responsibilities include following up with client end-users to validate solutions, achieve signoff, and support various project phases such as Blueprint, Foundation, Execution, SIT, UAT, Migration activities, and Go-live. The consultant will identify and raise core product gaps, follow up through internal processes until delivery, and iteratively test improvements with the Product or Project technical team. Training users on system usage, client configuration, use cases, and new functionality is also a key responsibility.
