Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development for CMS-driven, responsive websites. Fluency in English, proven expertise in WordPress VIP including deployment workflows and performance optimization, and hands-on experience building custom Gutenberg blocks using React are required. Proficiency in semantic HTML5, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+) is necessary, with React experience being a plus. Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical colleagues, knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first development principles are essential. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools are also required. Prior experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

The Front-End Web Developer will design, build, and optimize performant, accessible, and user-focused websites that showcase the brand and support lead generation, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. This includes developing responsive, accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), and building/extending custom themes, templates, and Gutenberg blocks within WordPress VIP. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with marketers and designers to deliver visually precise and high-performing websites from mockups and prototypes, partnering with the marketing team to scope, prioritize, and implement new features and campaign landing pages, and ensuring cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and performance optimization. The developer will integrate structured content and custom fields via WordPress APIs and CMS admin tools, apply WCAG accessibility standards and mobile-first development principles, contribute to internal component libraries, uphold coding standards, and troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve the marketing website post-launch. Staying up-to-date with evolving front-end technologies, marketing automation integrations, and the WordPress ecosystem is also a key responsibility.
