PTCB National Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform order entry tasks
Collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process
Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx’s to ensure timely return
Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
Create and maintain accurate customer records
Provide dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other computer flags
