Strong candidates have related industry experience, a general understanding of processing procedures, experience in a high-volume warehouse/production facility, knowledge of GMP policy, and the physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and stoop/bend frequently. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
