Responsibilities

  • Implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy in business processes
  • Safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets with forklift
  • Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
  • Merchandising, working inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities
  • Completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and documentation
  • Providing member service, guidance, support, and promoting company products/services
  • Maintaining safety of facility through sweeps, procedures, and reporting
  • Maintaining sales floor and merchandising presentation (zoning, stocking, rotating, displays)
  • Receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise
  • Processing defective merchandise and ensuring food safety/sanitation
  • Monitoring area for shrink, security risks, and safety
  • Filling club pick up orders by assisting with picking, staging, and audits
  • Serving customers/members with care, exceeding expectations
