Requirements

- Assists with picking/staging club pick up orders according to policy, ensures timely and proper staging, and performs occasional accuracy audits
- Shows care/concern for customers/members, asks questions to understand needs, uses policies/resources to exceed expectations
- Uses policies/procedures/guides and data/facts to make effective day-to-day decisions, involves others as needed, recognizes and reports problems

Responsibilities
- Implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy in business processes
- Safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets with forklift
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers
- Merchandising, working inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities, completing/retaining paperwork/logs/documentation
- Providing member service and resolving concerns
- Maintaining facility safety according to policies/procedures
- Maintaining sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies/procedures
- Ensuring club pick up orders are filled, picked, staged properly, and audited for accuracy
- Serving customers/members with care to exceed expectations
- Making effective choices using policies/data
