Requirements

  • Native fluency in target language (Spanish for Latin America) – spoken and written
  • Fluency in source language (English) – spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing, and editing life sciences content including clinical trial documents (must be clearly outlined in CV with document types)
  • A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience OR no university degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
  • Ability to work according to tight deadlines and independently
  • Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
  • Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localisation company (desirable, not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Translate, review, and edit life sciences content from English into Spanish (Latin America), including clinical trial documents
  • Deliver content in target languages and markets effectively and in a timely fashion
