Responsibilities

Strengthen Sofar’s brand in the local community by promoting and selling tickets using self-directed local marketing tactics
Create a vision and execute strategy for the show type and area, including venues, show themes, ideal artists, growth partners, and marketing tactics
Lead curation and booking for experiences, with support from the London booking team, selecting high-quality, diverse artists and venues, and growing networks as needed
Oversee and direct crew to ensure magical, hospitality-rooted, high-quality experiences
Provide oversight of financial performance to ensure the financial success and health of every event
Build relationships with local businesses to drive sales of sponsorships and private events
Identify and build relationships with local organisations with like-minded audiences to build community, broaden reach, and co-promote shows
Collaborate with other producers and the wider Sofar London team to grow the show type through diverse experiences that generate buzz and amplify brand awareness
Support the wider Sofar business by ensuring high-quality curation and seamless event operations for inbound partnership opportunities that elevate the brand
