Requirements

Ability to lead and coordinate fraud prevention projects from design to implementation across multiple teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Operations)
Experience providing methodological and operational guidance to leads and agents on project scoping, milestone tracking, and delivery
Capability to conduct quarterly Fraud Internal Audits per market, identify gaps, build remediation plans, and track progress
Skills in designing, implementing, and monitoring countermeasures following audits or fraud incidents
Proficiency in driving continuous improvement initiatives, spotting automation/simplification opportunities, and running Kaizen sessions
Comfort working across 8 European markets (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium) with a team of 4 Team Leads managing ~40 people
Alignment with Lean management principles and a mindset for speed, iteration, autonomy, and bottom-up prioritization

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate fraud prevention projects from design to implementation, delivering improvements in weeks (e.g., optimizing account takeover flows, mapping fraud risk, streamlining phishing countermeasures)
Support leads and agents across all markets with methodological and operational guidance on projects, ensuring clear scoping, milestone tracking, and results without impacting daily production
Conduct quarterly Fraud Internal Audits per market to prepare for potential Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) audits, identifying gaps, building remediation plans, and tracking closure
Design, implement, and monitor countermeasures post-audits or fraud incidents, serving as the dedicated point of contact for actionable improvements
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, or strengthen processes (e.g., KO flows) and running Kaizen sessions to reduce cost-to-serve and improve work quality
Work closely with Head of Fraud (Thibault) and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Ops Engineering, Ops Tooling, Fraud Security)
