Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of fraud investigators to improve fraud detection and prevention and help to accelerate our shift towards more precise and automated fraud decisioning
  • Identify, prioritise and deliver step-change improvements to fraud detection, prevention and internal processes
  • Manage a team of fraud investigators, ensuring they are set up to be a high performing team
  • Analyse fraud trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Support with fraud investigations, escalations and incident management, producing high quality analysis and driving rapid resolution of emerging fraud issues
  • Own the alerting and monitoring processes, which includes proactive monitoring and responding to potential fraud alerts
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the fraud operations team
