Requirements

Responsibilities

Koordinieren und weiterentwickeln der Fraud-Prevention-Strategie im internationalen Payment-Ökosystem und Leiten von Projekten zur Integration neuer Fraud-Vendoren
Bündeln von Anforderungen und enger Austausch mit internen Teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) sowie internationalen Partnern, Kunden und externen Fraud-Teams
Einrichten neuer FinOps-Fraud-Prozesse, Erstellen von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
Überwachen von Fraud-Attacken, Bearbeiten von Chargebacks, Nachverfolgen von Betrugsfällen und Kommunizieren mit Behörden (z. B. polizeiliche oder DPO-Anfragen)
Aufbereiten von Fraud-Daten, Auswerten und Erstellen von Reports für interne und externe Stakeholder (z. B. BaFin, Kunden, Scheme Reporting)
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fraud-Teams innerhalb der Euronet-Gruppe und aktiver Wissensaustausch im Team
