Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fraud prevention framework across the lending lifecycle (application, disbursement, repayment)
  • Design and maintain key fraud metrics and dashboards; monitor real-time fraud signals and emerging patterns
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize third-party fraud solutions (e.g., identity verification, device fingerprinting, behavioral analytics)
  • Create and continuously refine fraud policies, procedures, and escalation workflows
  • Partner with underwriting, compliance, operations, and engineering to embed risk controls in product flows
